What this site is
kasinoholvi.com is an independent editorial site that compares online casinos. It is not a gambling operator, not a licence holder and not a payment company. It does not take bets, open player accounts, hold customer funds or pay winnings. The pages are written so an adult reader can scan how an offer is described, which payment methods are listed, and what the operator publishes about withdrawals and safer-gambling tools.
When you leave kasinoholvi.com for a casino, that operator's contract is the one that applies. A sentence in a comparison can be out of date by the time you open the cashier. The amount, the wagering rule and the withdrawal limit that bind you are the ones shown in the casino's own terms when you deposit. If the two texts differ, the operator's terms prevail.
Adults only
The site is written for adults aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, do not use the comparisons and do not follow links to a casino. Gambling is not a product for children, and nothing on kasinoholvi.com is an invitation to play if you are underage. If the law where you live sets a higher age, that higher age applies to you.
You use the pages for information. They are not legal advice, financial advice or a recommendation to gamble a particular sum. Rules on online gambling differ by country. You are responsible for checking that an operator may offer its services where you live before you register or pay.
Affiliate links
Some links on kasinoholvi.com are affiliate links. If you follow one and later register or deposit, the site may receive a commission from the operator or from an affiliate network. That commission, when it is paid, is paid by the commercial partner. It does not add a fee to your deposit and it does not create a player account on this site.
A commission does not buy a place in the ranking and does not change the checklist the comparison uses. A brand that pays nothing can still be described, and a brand that pays can still be criticised. The notes stay editorial notes. They are not a statement issued by the casino.
Offers, bonuses and third-party terms
Bonus headlines, free-spin counts, wagering requirements and payment limits change often. kasinoholvi.com does not guarantee that a figure on a page is the offer you will see after you click. Match the comparison against the cashier and the operator's bonus rules before you opt in. Free spins and welcome offers are marketing from the casino, not a payment from this site.
Those offers usually come with wagering, game restrictions, time limits and a cap on how much you can withdraw from bonus winnings. Read those rules on the operator's site. This page does not state a company registration number or a gambling licence for kasinoholvi.com, because the site does not operate games and does not want to invent paperwork it does not have.
Liability in plain language
The comparisons are prepared with care, but they are a snapshot. Licence status, banking methods, bonus rules and support hours can change without notice to this site. To the extent the law allows, kasinoholvi.com is not liable for losses, locked balances, refused withdrawals, bonus disputes or decisions taken by an operator you chose to join.
Nothing here is a promise that you will win, that a casino will pay you, or that a payment method will work on your account. A dispute about a balance or a bonus is taken up with the operator and, where one exists, with that operator's licensing body or dispute service. This site cannot log into your casino account and cannot reverse a payment.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
The text, the layout and the site name on kasinoholvi.com are editorial work. You may quote a short passage if you link back to the page. You may not copy whole comparisons, republish the rankings as your own, or scrape the site to build another commercial product.
Do not misuse the site. That includes trying to break the pages, looking for player accounts that do not exist here, posting malware, or using the content to mislead someone about who operates the games. Automated harvesting that degrades the site is not allowed. Ordinary reading is.
Changes and how to reach the site
These terms can be updated by publishing a new version at this address. The text you are reading is the one currently on kasinoholvi.com. Continuing to use the site after a change means you are using it under the updated terms. Changes are made on this page, not by a letter, because the site does not keep a mailing list of readers.
Questions about these terms go through the contact route published on kasinoholvi.com, if the site shows one. This page does not add a street address, a company registration number or a gambling licence. The site is an editorial comparison, and it does not pretend to be the company that runs the games.
